I'm signed up for your email list, why isn't my code working?
When you sign up for our email list, you'll see "marketing permissions" with the word "email" and a checkbox next to it. You NEED to check next to email in order to be eligible. Basically, you can sign up to be on our marketing list via MailChimp without actually giving us consent to email you. Without the consent, Shopify (who houses are codes & all our transactions) doesn't register you as being a part of our email list. To give us consent, you'll need to unsubscribe & resubscribe, or email us your verbal consent & we can do it for you. If you're still having issues, please contact me & I will be happy to help sort this out for you! (Sorry this process is a pain, it's all a part of a larger data privacy law that we comply to)
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Your order will ship within 2-5 business days (international please allow up to one week) - I will do my absolute best to tend to orders immediately! Once it has been shipped you'll receive a confirmation email and tracking number. If you have not received a confirmation email within 5 days, don't hesitate to contact me at email@example.com. If for some reason something comes up and I cannot ship your order within 5 business days, I will be in contact with you via email.
Can I add a product to my order after I've placed it?
No you cannot. However, if you want to add a product, send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) including your name, order number and what you ordered. Include what you would LIKE to order, and I can put together an invoice, free of shipping, and send it over to you. Once that has been paid, both your orders will ship together.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
Unfortunately you cannot manually change your order. I process within 2-5 business days, so send me an email (email@example.com) ASAP with your name, order # and what needs to be changed. I'll try my best to work with you. Orders cannot be changed once they have been shipped. You will need to wait to receive the package, and go through the refund/exchange process.
What happens if my shipment gets lost?
Unfortunately there isn't much I can do once the package is out of my hands, but don't be afraid to get in contact with me. I'll do everything I can to help you out! I want to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible.
What happens if I accidentally typed my address wrong?
If the order has been placed but NOT shipped yet, contact me ASAP to correct this. If however, the order has already shipped, we'll have to wait for the package to be returned to me, and you'll need to cover cost of shipping again.
Can I help promote your brand?
We currently operate on a term-based brand ambassador program. At this time, I do not send out free product to anyone in exchange for collaborations.
Why is PayPal showing it double charged me?
Sometimes payment providers put a temporarily pending authorization charge on accounts to make sure sufficient funds are available to make a purchase. These should drop off your account in 3-7 business days. Check your bank’s terms of service for specifics. If you are charged twice for some reason & we only receive payment once on our end, you will have to contact your bank or PayPal to get this fixed for you, as that is out of our control.
How do you come up with your prices?
When pricing products, I take several things into consideration. First, the choice of garment & the ink style. I try to print on quality garments, which naturally tend to be a little pricier to begin with, and certain ink styles also cost extra to print with. Then, I take into consideration the complexity of the design, how long it took me to design it and the cost of any graphical elements I may have purchased used in the design. Finally, I factor in my own personal time spent marketing, packaging, driving to the post office, donations, credit card processing fees and taxes due to the government. I compare my pricing to other companies within the industry and try to stay right with with the standard cost of products to keep pricing within range of industry standard. When you shop with Nomadic Hearts, you're directly supporting a young female entrepreneur as well as the woodstock farm sacntuary. Everything, from designs, to marketing, to packaging & shipping is all done solely by me! I appreciate each and every one of you and every purchase you make is packaged with love & good vibes.
What do you do with our data?
We can assure you any data you give us about yourself is used only to serve you as a customer in terms of mailing you packages, or sending email marketing. We do these things only if we are given consent to do so. Please see our “privacy practices” page for more information regarding privacy & data.
I placed an order and received a discount code after I placed it. May I apply it?
No, our policy on coupon code use is that coupons cannot be used on past purchases – only new ones. consider saving that coupon code for a later time instead :)
Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed & in brand new condition, just like how it was when you got it :) Shoot me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let me know what's up! Please include your name & order number. I'll get back to you with instructions of what to do next. I'll do my best to work with ya! Please note: you will not be refunded for the shipping cost you paid, just the amount of the apparel. If I exchange something for you or you return an item, you're responsible for covering shipping back to me, but I will gladly ship a new shirt back to you for free.
If you're refunded, you'll get a confirmation email stating your account is being refunded. It usually takes about 3-7 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
All garments are printed through a warehouse using the screenprinting method, with various types of premium style ink styles, including discharge, waterbase, and plasitol. Each shirt is printed on a high quality, soft garment & each print is soft, clear and concise. I work closely with my printer to ensure top quality products.

Please note a stray dog hair may come into contact with your items. I inspect each shirt closely and try my hardest to see that no puppy hairs make it to you but if you have a dog allergy, please let me know in the "note to seller" box! I will take extra precaution when packing your order.
